Rotation Mirror in Copper Tone
The Narrative
The Rotation in copper tone glass. Twenty-six facets are cut by hand and set within a frame of solid copper, itself formed by hand.
The glass is silvered with a copper tint, so reflections take on the warmth of the frame and metal and glass read as one material. The form is identical to the original Rotation; the difference is one of colour.
Provenance & Specification
Made to order in our East London workshop, alongside the original Rotation. Each facet is cut and each copper joint formed by hand.
Currently on view at House of Estila, 66A Turnmill Street, London EC1M 5RR, in the Clerkenwell design district.
